I must start by being honest right away - This is a leap of faith.
I have experienced many emotions and thoughts around creating a/this blog.
I can tell you, after considering the thoughts and having addressed the emotions what now remains is excitement, curiosity and openness.
I will be sharing my thoughts & ideas and exploring various topics, while expanding my comfort zone.

A bit about me....
Over the past 10 years I have completed various training's and courses that align with my true desires and souls purpose. From understanding business to people to products/service, learning about movement and stillness, and discovering the depths of mind, body and soul connection.
It has been essential (and will continue to be) for me to invest in expanding my knowledge, skills and personal/professional development.
I have a desire to Learn. Apply. Share. Repeat.
I enjoy talk, writing, reading, learning, growing and constantly working to be my best self.
I love yoga, strengthening & toning exercises, Reiki, Massage Therapy, Meditation, Nutrition and overall happiness & well-being.
My interest spread to all things Health & Wellness related with a side of prevention and maintenance of current symptoms.
I have spent more than half of my life managing IBS and over 12 years choosing to be a vegetarian (I eat eggs, cheese and fish).
During my early to mid 20's I battled with my weight and binge eating, then experimented with multiple unhealthy quick fixes to lose weight.
As a Beachbody coach I am able to focus on my nutrition and fitness, while sharing it with others who also seek personal transformation. I am a huge fan of Chocolate Vegan Shakeology!
I have spent many years,
X Seeking external acceptance
X Over loading my schedule
X Doing things based on what I thought others wanted me to do
X Never giving back to myself.
I am happy to now be at a place where,
I accept myself
My schedule is on my terms
I operate based on my own desires & goals while making myself a priority -
Every. Single. Day.
Each day I get a little bit closer to who I am.
Who I Truly am.
Without the societal pressures.
Without external influences.
Without rules or restrictions.
Without past stories.
From personal experience I can say, when I choose
opportunity + love + awareness = peace naturally prevails
Choosing gratitude, no matter the situation at hand, helps to unlock the fullness of life.
I close with a friendly reminder, that you do not need to settle.
Your dreams and desires are (more than) worthy.
