My Recipe
Ingredients 2 TBSP plain greek yogurt 1 mini cucumber 1 clove of garlic 1 green onion shoot lemon juice Pinch of salt Pinch of garlic powder Steps 1. press the garlic 2. cut lemon in half and squeeze the juice out 3. add the greek yogurt 4. chop the green onion into bite size pieces & add to mix 5. use a small cheese grater - grate the cucumber into the mix 6. add salt and garlic powder 7. mix it all together 8. seal container 9. refrigerate (its best once its sat for at least 2 hours and it's cold) 10. Enjoy! I put it on veggie burgers, I use it as a veggie dip or with spanakopita
